☞Oral Presentation
1.Get your presentation slides files prepared. Please copy your slide files to the conference laptop before the session start. The size of PowerPoint is 16:9.
2.Regular oral presentation: 15 minutes (including Q&A).
3.Laptop, projector & screen, laser sticks will be provided by the conference organizer.
4.All presentations should be uploaded to the conference laptop 30 minutes before your session starts.
4.Certificate of Oral Presentation will be awarded after your presentation by the session chair.

Tips:

*Start with a brief introduction of yourself as well as research question, objectives, and background.
*Present your methodology, key findings, and their implications clearly.
*Conclude with future directions or applications of your work.
*Avoid overloading slides with text; use graphics, charts, or figures to enhance clarity.
*Rehearse your presentation to stay within the allocated time.
*Prepare for potential questions during the Q&A session.


☞Poster Presentation
1.Your poster should cover the KEY POINTS of your work.
2.The title of your poster should appear at the top about 25mm (1”) high.
3.The author(s) name(s) and affiliation(s) are put below the title.
4.Posters are required to be condensed and attractive. The characters should be large enough so that they are visible from 1 meter apart. Suggested Poster with size of A1 (594mm×840mm width*height), with conference short name and paper ID on right up corner.
5.During the poster session, authors should stay next to their posters, explain and discuss the papers, under the guidance of the session chair.
6.Carefully prepare your poster well in advance of the conference. All illustrations, charts, etc.,to be posted should be prepared in advance as materials for these purposes will not be available at the meeting site.
7.Certificate of Poster Presentation will be awarded after your presentation by the session Chair.

☞Video Presentation
1.Prepare presentation PowerPoint (with audio) or video file. In order to effectively control the time and avoid unexpected situations, it is recommended that you send the recorded video or PowerPoint with audio as a backup to the person in charge of the conference in advance.
2.The Presentation time is 15 minutes (including 2-3 minutes Q&A session).
3.Please join the conference room of your session at least 10 minutes in advance.
4.According to the requirements of the publisher, the author's participation is a prerequisite for the publication of the paper. The relevant authors must pay attention to the participation and prepare the presentation.
