Thanks for your interest in ICICM2021! Welcome to attend 2021 The 6th International Conference on Integrated Circuits and Microsystems (ICICM 2021) will be held in Nanjing, China on October 22-24, 2021.In 2020, this conference was held online because of the COVID-19. But this year, we do can hold it onsite now under your scientific enthusiasm and your highly support. This conference will continue to provide you a platform to share and get the latest insights from every area of Integrated Circuits and Microsystems theory and practice. On behalf of the whole conference committee, I’d like to express our warm welcome to all of you and nice to see you face to face this time. However, the epidemic is still ongoing till now, ICICM2021 is held with hybrid online and offline to respond to local epidemic prevention and control policies, and to ensure everyone's safety.

This year, ICICM got your strong support even in such a difficult situation. We totally have more online and onsite participants as well as keynote and invited speakers. In total, there are 3 keynote speakers, 11 invited speakers, 4 onsite parallel sessions, 5 online parallel sessions, as well as a poster exhibition. A word of special welcome is given to our keynote and invited speakers who are pleased to make contributions to our conference and share their new research ideas with us. Meanwhile, we'd like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who has contributed to this conference. Thanks goes to our fellow members of the organizing Committee composed of Advisory Chairs, Advisory Committee Members, Conference Chairs, Conference Co-Chairs, Program Chairs, Program Co-Chairs, Steering Committee Chairs, Local Chairs, Regional Chairs, Publicity Chairs and Technical Committees for their excellent work in securing a substantial input of papers from all around the world and in encouraging participation.
