Welcome you all to attend the 2023 The 8th International Conference on Integrated Circuits and Microsystems (ICICM 2023) in Nanjing, which will be held in hybrid mode during October 20-23, 2023. ICICM is an annual conference, which aims to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Integrated Circuits and Microsystems.

10月20日上午，由东南大学，电子科技大学，南京邮电大学联合主办，南京邮电大学承办，CAS, IEEE联合协办的2023第八届集成电路与微系统国际会议(ICICM2023）在南京顺利开幕。

   

   

With 3 keynote speeches given by Prof. Pui-in Mak, Prof. Chen Yingmei, Vice President Weibin Ding, they are all extraordinary experts in the related fields. And we also have 9 invited talks delivered by Prof. Yu-Long Jiang, Prof. Wei Hu, Prof. Wei Hu, Assoc. Prof. Moufu Kong, Associate Researcher Xingquan Li, Prof. Yang Li, Researcher Zhao Zhang, Assoc. Prof. Yanlong Zhang and Assoc. Prof. Yiming Ma. They are willing to sharing their newest research results and findings. I believe their sharing will give us a lot new thoughts and directions.

开幕式上，大会主席东南大学王志功教授代表组织委员会感谢所有参会者对会议的大力支持，随后南京邮电大学副校长刘青山教授致欢迎词，向与会代表致以热烈的欢迎，并预祝此次大会圆满成功。主旨报告环节，中国科学院海外专家、IEEE FELLOW，中国澳门大学麦沛然教授，东南大学陈莹梅教授，芯行纪科技有限公司丁渭滨副总裁围绕集成电路与微系统主题分享了各自的最新研究成果。

 

   

 

In ICICM 2023, we have accepted 135 papers from 227 submissions. Let’s also give special thanks to our conference coordinators. We would like to take this opportunity to deeply express our heartfelt appreciation to all our speakers, session chairs, in particular, all the committee members involved in the technical evaluation of conference papers and in the organization of the conference for their time, effort, and great contributions!此次大会为期4天，以线上线下形式开展，吸引了来自国内外200余名专家学者以及企业代表参会。除主旨报告外，结合会议主题，有12位特邀报告以及作者报告会场，15场平行分会，包含2场现场海报展，3场最佳学生文章竞选，5场线上分会，5场线下分会，主题涵盖广泛，包含微电路系统与设计，电子系统模型与仿真，电子系统设计与控制，电子器件设计与模拟分析，放大器与均衡器等多个主题等。

   

   

The ICM Conference is a prestigious event focused on integrated circuits and microsystems, with significant academic influence. Since its inception in 2016, the conference has been successfully held in various cities such as Chengdu, Nanjing, Shanghai, Beijing, and Xi'an, across seven editions. The conference is known for its rich academic atmosphere and has gained high recognition from experts and scholars both domestically and internationally.

ICICM大会是集成电路与微系统盛会，具有很高的学术影响力，大会自2016年发起，先后已于成都，南京，上海，北京 ，西安等地成功举办七届，会议学术氛围浓厚，得到了国内外广大专家学者的高度认可。
