Abstract / 论坛简介

English: Driven by applications such as 5G, 6G, IoT, and software-defined radio, the demand for multi-functional, multi-mode, broadband, high-speed, low-power, and high-precision RF front-end integrated circuits is growing continuously. By shifting traditional voltage-domain design into the time domain, digital RF technology features high flexibility, minimalist signal paths, and RF performance that scales with shrinking process nodes, making it a major research focus in both academia and industry that has developed rapidly over the past 20 years. This forum will focus on related cutting-edge technologies, including digital transmitters, digital phase-locked loops, digital receivers, digital phased arrays, and multi-mode passive circuits.

中文: 5G、6G、物联网、软件无线电等应用对多功能多模式、宽带高速率、低功耗、高精度射频前端集成电路的需求不断增长。数字化射频技术通过将传统电压域设计转入时间域,具有高度灵活性、极简信号链路、随工艺节点缩小提升的射频性能,成为学术界和工业界研究热点,过去20年获得快速发展。本论坛将聚焦相关前沿技术,包括数字发射机、数字锁相环、数字接收机、数字相控阵、多模式无源电路等。
