This track focuses on the frontier research of EDA tools and AI-aided design automation. Facing the technological evolution trends of ultra-large-scale integration, advanced manufacturing processes, and heterogeneous integration, it addresses the industry technical bottlenecks including sharply increased design complexity, aggravated design closure difficulty, and challenges in multi-physics collaborative optimization. This track centers on the research and development of EDA tools as well as LLM and ML empowered EDA, covering cutting-edge hotspots in full-flow design automation such as chip design, high-level and logic synthesis, physical design, and analog circuit design automation. It aims to bring together researchers from academia and industry to exchange achievements in fundamental theories, algorithm architectures, and tool engineering implementation, and build an academic platform for the advancement of next-generation intelligent EDA technologies, interdisciplinary innovation, as well as industry-academia-research integration.
